Grâce à une approche responsable, à des technologies modernes et à un savoir\\-faire reconnu, nous maîtrisons l' de l'assemblage et de la mise en bouteille pour offrir des vins d'excellence, fidèles à l'identité de La Côte. ### \\Chef d'équipe Conditionnement\\ \\Poste à 100 %\\ \\Rattaché au responsable de production, vous êtes responsable du bon déroulement du conditionnement et des lignes d'embouteillage/étiquetage de notre chaine de production.\\ \\Management d'équipe\\ Assurer l'encadrement opérationnel de proximité des 8 opérateurs conditionnement. Gérer les plannings, les absences, les formations et développement des compétences. Assurer cadrage et l'accompagnement quotidien des collaborateurs sur terrain. Remplacer les opérateurs sur ligne en cas de besoin (tireuse, étiqueteuse, encartonneuse, palettiseuse, ...) \\Pilotage de la production\\ Maîtriser fonctionnement d'une grande ligne de conditionnement ou de mise en bouteille. Préparer et organiser les productions selon planning défini. Superviser les opérations d'embouteillage et d'étiquetage, organiser les changements de formats, gérer les cadences et les délais. En coordination avec l'acheteur, garantir la disponibilité des matières sèches nécessaires au bon déroulement du planning de production, anticiper les besoins et les ruptures, et mettre en place une gestion informatisée des stocks permettant d'assurer leur suivi et leur fiabilité. Anticiper les problèmes susceptibles de perturber la production. Garantir l'atteinte des objectifs de production, de qualité et de rendement. \\Amélioration continue et maintenance\\ Assurer la maintenance de premier niveau des équipements par les opérateurs. Identifier les dysfonctionnements des machines et mettre en œuvre les actions correctives avec la maintenance. Participer activement aux projets d'amélioration continue en appliquant les principes du Management. Créer, mettre à jour et contrôler l'application des procédures et nomenclatures de production. \\Qualité, Hygiène, Sécurité et Environnement\\ Organiser et suivre les opérations de nettoyage et de désinfection des installations. Garantir respect des normes QHSE par l'ensemble des é les collaborateurs aux bonnes pratiques et aux procédures en vigueur. \\Votre profil\\ Formation technique et expérience confirmée sur une ligne de conditionnement dans secteur agroalimentaire. Expérience réussie dans la gestion d'équipe, bonne capacité de communication. Fiable et disponible avec une bonne résistance au stress. Orienté solution, force de proposition, forte capacité à prendre des initiatives pour résoudre les problèmes. Permis de cariste un plus. Connaissances des normes d'hygiène, de qualité et de sécurité (FSSC 22000\\).
