Vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

Garantir le bon fonctionnement technique des installations de manière autonome

Suivre la production en salle de commande sur le programme WinCC

Être garant du respect des objectifs de production, des normes de qualité et d’hygiène

Effectuer différentes analyses de qualité

Superviser le travail des équipes de production (3 à 5 personnes)

Collaborer à la mise en place et au suivi des procédures

Assurer le respect et être garant des prescriptions de sécurité en tout temps

Collaborer à divers projets de recherche \& développement

Participer à la maintenance des installations

Votre profil :

Formation technique (dans la mécanique, l’automation, l’électricité, etc.), idéalement complétée de formations continues ou connaissances approfondies

Solide expérience dans la production industrielle, la production alimentaire, la gestion de processus ou dans votre domaine d’activité

Bonnes connaissances en informatique

Grande disposition à l’apprentissage, capacité à intégrer de nouvelles tâches

Capacité à réagir et à prendre des décisions

Esprit d’équipe et bonne communication

Rigueur, sens aigu de l’organisation et des responsabilités.

Disposition à travailler en horaire d’équipe, 5X8 heures (travail en continu y compris la nuit et le weekend)

Le·la Chef·fe d’équipe doit être capable de garantir l’intégralité de notre procédé complexe de production de manière autonome, ainsi qu’être garant du personnel de l’équipe, en collaboration avec le responsable de production et le soutien de l’équipe technique.
