Vous êtes un leader de terrain ? Pour le compte d'un partenaire de renom actif dans la construction, la rénovation et la déconstruction, nous recherchons un Chef d'équipe Démolition capable de piloter des chantiers exigeants et de fédérer ses équipes autour d'objectifs de qualité, de sécurité et de performance. Si vous aimez être sur le terrain, organiser le travail et montrer l'exemple, ce poste est fait pour vous.

Description du poste

  • Organiser, coordonner et suivre les travaux de démolition et de déconstruction
  • Encadrer et motiver une équipe d'ouvriers sur le chantier
  • Assurer le respect des délais, de la qualité et des consignes de sécurité
  • Lire les plans et appliquer les directives techniques
  • Collaborer avec la direction des travaux et les différents intervenants
  • Participer activement aux travaux lorsque nécessaire
  • Veiller au tri, à la valorisation et à l'évacuation des matériaux

Profil recherché

  • Expérience confirmée dans la démolition, le génie civil ou la construction
  • Première expérience réussie comme chef d'équipe ou contremaître
  • Leadership naturel et excellente gestion des priorités
  • Connaissances des normes de sécurité suisses
  • Permis de conduire catégorie B indispensable
  • Maîtrise du français
  • Personne autonome, organisée et orientée solutions
