Afin de renforcer notre équipe froid commercial sur les cantons Romands, nous sommes à la recherche d' d'équipe à 100% pour les cantons de Vaud et du Valais. Ce poste est placé sous l'autorité du chef de secteur et est basé à Prilly.

Vos tâches

  • Encadrer, animer et développer les compétences des techniciens de l'équipe;
  • Garantir le bon déroulement du planning de maintenances préventives et des travaux sur devis;
  • Organisation des interventions de dépannage;
  • Gestion des commandes de consommables et d'intervention des sous\-traitant lié au contrat
  • Proposition d'opportunités de diversification et d'accroissement des prestations contractuelles;
  • Contrôler la conformité d'exécution des travaux de son équipe et des sous\-traitants;
  • Faire respecter les normes de sécurité de l'entreprise.

Ce qui vous caractérise

  • Minimum 3 années d'expérience en tant que chef d'équipe;
  • Excellentes connaissances en CVC et froid commercial;
  • Maitrise des différents fluides frigorigènes, CO2, NH3\...;
  • Bon relationnel client et capacité d'encadrement d'équipe;
  • Aisance avec les outils informatiques et rédactionnels;
  • Force de proposition, bonne capacité d'adaptation et bon communiquant.
