Stellenbeschreibung ##

  • Manager, accompagner et motiver l'équipe de cuisine.
  • Planifier et organiser la production quotidienne.
  • Élaborer des menus équilibrés, variés et de saison.
  • Garantir une prestation culinaire de haute qualité dans le respect des attentes des convives.
  • Assurer le respect des normes HACCP ainsi que des règles d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire.
  • Gérer les commandes, les stocks et les inventaires.
  • Optimiser les coûts matières et limiter le gaspillage alimentaire.
  • Collaborer avec les différents services afin d'assurer une prestation irréprochable.
  • Participer à la production lorsque l'activité le nécessite.
  • Veiller au respect des budgets et des objectifs fixés.

Wir erwarten ##

  • CFC de cuisinier(ère) ou formation jugée équivalente.
  • Formation complémentaire de Chef(fe) de cuisine ou brevet fédéral : un véritable atout.
  • Expérience confirmée comme Chef(fe) de cuisine ou Second(e) souhaitant évoluer.
  • Expérience en restauration collective, en EMS, en milieu hospitalier ou en restauration d'entreprise.
  • Excellentes compétences en management et en organisation.
  • Sens des responsabilités et capacité à prendre des décisions.
  • Bonne maîtrise des normes HACCP.
  • Aisance dans la gestion des coûts, des commandes et des stocks.
  • Personnalité dynamique, autonome et orientée solutions.
  • Excellente maîtrise du français.
