Chef de cuisine / Cheffe de cuisine

Lieu de travail : - Charmey

Ton Profil : • Expérience confirmée en gestion de cuisine, idéalement dans un cadre à forte affluence (restauration de montagne, tourisme, événementiel) • CFC de cuisinier·ère ou formation jugée équivalente, avec une expérience réussie comme chef·fe de cuisine ou second·e de cuisine • Leadership naturel, tu sais fédérer une brigade et la faire progresser • Titulaire de la patente fribourgeoise un atout

Tes Missions : • Tu participe à l’élaboration de la carte en équipe, elle doit être faire la différence et être tenable même en pleine affluence • Tu pilotes la production, les achats, les stocks, les coûts et l’hygiène (HACCP) • Tu encadres et fais grandir ta brigade • Tu imagines la partie gastronomique des soirées à thème et les temps forts événementiels qui font parler de nous jusqu’en plaine

Ta manière de travailler : • Tu as le sens pratique et de vraies valeurs de travail • Ton organisation et ta rigueur ne sont plus à prouver • Tu gères les fortes variations d’affluence sans perdre ni la qualité ni le sourire • Tu aimes le travail d’équipe, y compris avec les autres services de l'exploitation • La neige et le vent ne te font pas peur, les remises en route après une tempête, c’est une vraie aventure collective
