Ref 2579761 \\\| Date: 18 Sept 2026 !\[État de Neuchâtel\]( ) Chef\\-fe de groupe des artisans \\SSCM88\\ \\Service de la sécurité civile et militaire (SSCM)\\ Le SSCM a pour mission de mettre en œuvre la politique cantonale en matière de protection de la population. Il assume notamment les tâches administratives et logistiques militaires déléguées au canton par la Confédération. Par l'intermédiaire de l'arrondissement militaire, le service assure la liaison entre les personnes astreintes à l'obligation de servir et l'armée. Il est également chargé de la gestion des infrastructures et des installations militaires du canton. \\Vos missions\\ Rejoignez\\-nous et assumez une fonction clé dans la conduite et la coordination des activités de l'atelier artisan sur le site de Colombier. Vous coordonnez les différents projets de rénovation du parc immobilier, évaluez les besoins en travaux et assurez la conduite des collaborateur\\-trice\\-s de l'atelier artisan. Vous étudiez les devis relatifs aux travaux mandatés, participez à la réalisation des travaux de rénovation et assurez les tâches administratives liées aux activités de l'atelier. Vous contribuez également à la formation des apprenti\\-e\\-s menuisier\\-ère\\-s et apportez votre concours aux différentes activités du service selon les besoins et les directives de vos supérieur\\-e\\-s. \\Votre profil\\ Titulaire d'un CFC de menuisier\\-ère ou d'un titre jugé équivalent, vous justifiez d'une expérience professionnelle d'au moins cinq ans dans le domaine de la menuiserie ou d'un métier du bâtiment. Votre parcours vous a permis d'acquérir de solides connaissances dans l'entretien et la rénovation des bâtiments. À l'aise dans la conduite de chantiers, vous disposez également d'une expérience dans l'encadrement et la gestion d'équipes. Rigoureux\\-se, autonome et organisé\\-e, vous assumez vos responsabilités avec efficacité. Vous êtes titulaire d'un permis de conduire et disposez d'une très bonne condition physique, nécessaire à l'exercice quotidien de la fonction. Une incorporation actuelle ou passée au sein de l'armée constitue un atout. La fonction requiert de satisfaire aux contrôles de sécurité relatifs aux personnes (CSP) de la Confédération et de présenter un casier judiciaire vierge.
