Afin de compléter son équipe de restauration, la Clinic Les Alpes cherche à recruter un/e chef/fe de partie.

La Clinic Les Alpes est un établissement de soins privé dont le but principal est de prendre en charge et d'aider des patients souffrant de problèmes de dépendance (alcool, drogues, jeux d'argent, etc.) et de santé mentale (dépression, anxiété, trauma, stress, etc.)

L-orientation des plats du Chef de cuisine de cet établissement de renom se veut être raffinée et respectueuse de ce que la nature a à lui offrir. Evoluer au fil des saisons et des attentes des clients venant d-horizons variés est un challenge de tous les jours.

Chef/fe de Partie

Entrée en fonction : dès que possible

Tâches Principales :

  • Proposer en permanence un service professionnel
  • Préparer les plats selon les fiches techniques et en fonction des attentes des clients
  • Savoir gérer son poste de travail en autonomie, toujours sous la supervision d-un supérieur
  • Participer à la bonne rotation, marquage et stockage de la nourriture pour réduire les coûts
  • Avoir une rapidité d-exécution
  • Communiquer quotidiennement avec le chef pour connaître les appréciations des clients
  • S-efforcer continuellement à améliorer la préparation et la présentation des plats
  • Assurer la rotation correcte des produits dans toutes les chambres froides afin de réduire le gaspillage
  • Connaître parfaitement tous les plats
  • Veiller à la propreté et à l-entretien de toutes les zones de travail, des ustensiles et des équipements
  • Respecter les normes ergonomiques de travail en matière de santé & sécurité
  • Respecter toutes les politiques d-hygiène et de sécurité lors de la manipulation des aliments et boissons
  • Respecter des normes HACCP

Profil recherché :

  • CFC de cuisiner ou équivalent
  • 6 ans d'expérience incluant l-apprentissage
  • Maîtrise de la langue française
  • Inventif et créatif dans son travail
  • Passion pour la cuisine
  • Particulièrement responsable et fiable
  • Capacité de travailler seul ou en équipe
  • Capacité de gérer plusieurs demandes en même temps et de gérer les changements de dernières minutes
  • Capacité à travailler efficacement sous pression dans un environnement au rythme soutenu
  • Capacité à concentrer son attention sur les besoins des clients, en restant calme et courtois à tout moment
