Nous sommes une maison familiale de quarante collaborateurs, dirigée par la troisième généra on de la famille Vogt. Notre restaurant porte le label Fait Maison : tout se travaille sur place, à par r de produits frais. La cuisine, conduite par le chef Stéphan Vogt, assure le restaurant, les banquets, les séminaires et les mariages. Une cinquantaine de couverts à midi comme le soir et des manifestations qui donnent du volume sans jamais nous faire renoncer au fait minute.

Le poste Nous cherchons la personne capable de tenir aussi bien l'entremets que le garde-manger, avec le même niveau d'exigence sur les deux, et de passer de l'un à l'autre sans que rien ne se voie dans l'assiette. C'est un poste de niveau confirmé, pas un poste d'appoint. La par e saucier du tournant est l'évolution naturelle du poste. Nous a endons donc la maîtrise des cuissons de viandes et de poissons et des sauces ; ces services s'ouvrent une fois la maison, ses produits et ses standards maîtrisés.

Votre profil - CFC de cuisinier/ère ou titre équivalent, et 3 années de pratique dont une expérience confirmée comme chef de partie - Autonomie complète à l'entremets et au garde-manger, maîtrise des cuissons et des sauces - Constance et rigueur : la même précision d'un service à l'autre, y compris la veille d'un congé - Adaptabilité : régimes sans gluten, sans lactose, demandes par culières, imprévus de service - De la bonne humeur : très concentré pendant le service, capable de rire avec la brigade une fois le coup de feu passé - Français parlé, écrit

Ce que nous offrons - Un poste fixe à 100 %, dans une maison stable où l'on connaît le prénom de tout le monde - Une cuisine de produits frais, une carte qui vit, une brigade sérieuse en service et détendue en dehors - Un jour de congé fixe en semaine, possible sur demande - Deux à trois semaines de vacances en été - Des conditions conformes à la convention collective, discutées ouvertement dès le premier entre en - Nous ne disposons pas de logement, mais nous transmettons volontiers des contacts Le métier tel qu'il est Horaires coupés, services du soir, week-ends et jours fériés selon le plan de travail. Nous le disons d'entrée pour que personne ne le découvre après.
