Notre bureau technique, créé en 2019, est spécialisé dans la conception et réalisation de réseaux thermiques. Au bénéfice d’une expérience dans le domaine du chauffage à distance (CAD) depuis plus de 16 ans en Suisse Romande, nous accompagnons nos clients dans toutes les phases de projets, de l’ingénierie à la réalisation. Nous participons activement à la mise en œuvre de la transition énergétique, grâce au développement du CAD, énergie d’avenir.

Pour répondre à la forte demande, nous souhaitons compléter notre équipe actuelle composée de dix personnes.

Nous recherchons un\-e :

CHEF\-FE de PROJET (Chauffage à distance) à 80 \- 100% ========================================================

Pour notre bureau à Renens et en étroite collaboration avec les techniciens en tuyauterie et les dessinateurs\-trices, vous assumez les responsabilités suivantes :

  • Vous étudiez et planifiez des projets de chauffage à distance (CAD)
  • Vous rédigez des cahiers des charges, des soumissions et des diverses demandes d’autorisation
  • Vous dirigez les travaux et les plannings des chantiers CAD, le suivi financier ainsi que les métrés et la réception d’ouvrage des dits chantiers
  • Vous coordonnez avec les autres bureaux techniques et les entreprises intervenants dans les zones des projets.

Pour assurer ce rôle captivant, vous avez les qualifications suivantes :

  • Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme de conducteur\-trice de travaux / technicien\-ne (ES) ou titre jugé équivalent et vous pouvez justifier d’une expérience professionnelleréussie dans le domaine du génie civil et/ou des énergies
  • Vous êtes méthodique, autonome et orienté\-e solutions dans votre travail
  • Vous communiquez aussi bien au sein d’une équipe qu’avec les clients et partenaires
  • Vous maitrisez les outils informatiques usuels Office
  • Vous possédez un permis de conduire catégorie B
