Leader du marché suisse, elle compte également parmi les principaux fabricants de luminaires en Europe et jouit d’une présence internationale grâce à ses partenaires de distribution dans 35 pays.

Nous recherchons pour notre succursale du Mont\-sur\-Lausanne pour une entrée au 1er janvier 2027 ou à convenir:

Chef/fe de projet éclairagiste – département soumissions

Prendre en charge l’analyse technique et commerciale des soumissions en éclairage, du dossier reçu à la remise de l’offre. En fonction de la charge de travail et des besoins de l’équipe, assurer également le suivi de projets d’éclairage adjugés. Le cœur du poste reste le traitement des soumissions.

Vos missions :

  • Analyser les appels d’offres, plans, descriptifs, quantitatifs et exigences techniques.
  • Sélectionner les luminaires adaptés, rechercher des solutions équivalentes et vérifier leur conformité aux exigences du projet.
  • Établir ou contrôler les métrés et les quantités, calculer les prix et élaborer les offres techniques et commerciales.
  • Préparer les fiches techniques et les autres documents à joindre aux offres.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes commerciales et techniques pour proposer des solutions pertinentes aux clients.
  • Pour les projets qui vous sont confiés, assurer le suivi technique et administratif, notamment la gestion des contrats, la facturation et le respect des engagements.
  • Coordonner les livraisons de luminaires avec la logistique et, si nécessaire, former les utilisateurs finaux à l’utilisation des produits installés.
  • Fournir un support technique adapté à la clientèle, ainsi qu’à l’équipe interne.

Votre profil :

* CFC d’installateur électricien, planificateur\-électricien ou formation dans l’éclairage * Expérience dans l’analyse de soumissions, l’établissement d’offres * Connaissance des normes d’éclairage et des réglementations en vigueur * Capacité à élaborer des offres techniques et commerciales adaptées aux besoins des clients * Expérience en gestion de projet * Excellentes capacités de communication et de coordination * Capacité à travailler en équipe et à interagir avec des interlocuteurs variés (clients, architectes, installateurs, fournisseurs) * Rigueur, autonomie, sens des priorités et facilité à collaborer avec des interlocuteurs variés. j4id10413079a j4it0939a j4iy26a
