Suite à l-intégration de la société Zanini Baechli, Energy Management renforce son expertise en ingénierie sanitaire et propose désormais une offre complète couvrant l-ensemble des installations techniques du bâtiment.

Au sein de ce poste, vous prendrez en charge la gestion de projets dans le domaine des installations sanitaires.

Vous serez responsable de la coordination technique, financière et organisationnelle des projets, de l-avant-projet à la mise en service.

Chef·fe de projet en installations sanitaires (80-100%)

Vos responsabilités

  • Pilotage de projets d-installations sanitaires (toutes phases SIA)
  • Dimensionnement et conception des installations (eau potable, eaux usées, etc.)
  • Coordination avec les architectes, maîtres d-ouvrage et partenaires techniques
  • Suivi des coûts, des délais et de la qualité
  • Encadrement des projeteurs
  • Participation aux séances de chantier et de coordination

Votre profil

  • Détenteur d-un CFC de projeteur Sanitaire, Diplôme Fédéral serait un attout
  • Personnalité motivée et engagée
  • Expérience confirmée en gestion de projets sanitaires en Suisse
  • Bonne connaissance des normes SIA en installations sanitaires
  • Autonomie, sens des responsabilités et esprit d-équipe
  • Aisance relationnelle et capacité de communication
  • Bonnes connaissances AutoCAD, Revit/BIM
