Dans le cadre de son développement, Electra Électricité SA recherche un·e chef·fe de projet en électricité pour piloter des réalisations ambitieuses et participer activement à la croissance de l-entreprise.

 

Votre mission

 

Vous assurez la gestion complète de vos projets, de leur préparation jusqu-à leur réception :

  • Étudier, planifier et organiser les projets électriques ;
  • Établir les offres, les budgets, les métrés et les offres de travaux complémentaires ;
  • Assurer le suivi financier, la facturation et la rentabilité des projets ;
  • Planifier les équipes, le matériel et les approvisionnements ;
  • Encadrer et accompagner les collaborateurs sur les chantiers ;
  • Participer aux séances avec les clients, les architectes et les ingénieurs ;
  • Garantir la qualité des installations et le respect des normes NIBT, de l-OIBT et des règles de sécurité ;
  • Développer et entretenir des relations professionnelles durables avec nos clients et partenaires ;
  • Conduire les projets jusqu-à leur mise en service et leur réception finale.

 

Votre profil

  • CFC d-installateur-électricien ou formation équivalente ;
  • Brevet fédéral d-électricien chef de projet en installation et sécurité, formation en cours ou titre jugé équivalent ;
  • Expérience confirmée dans la gestion de projets électriques en Suisse ;
  • Connaissance approfondie du tissu économique genevois et du marché genevois de l-électricité et de la construction obligatoire, notamment des régies, entreprises générales, architectes et bureaux d-ingénieurs ;
  • Bonne maîtrise des normes et prescriptions électriques suisses ;
  • Excellentes capacités d-organisation, d-anticipation et de prise de décision ;
  • Leadership et aptitude à motiver une équipe ;
  • Sens des responsabilités, de la qualité et du service client ;
  • Maîtrise du français ;
  • Permis de conduire valable.
