Tes tâches

  • Tu seras responsable de la rentabilité de tes affaires, en assure le suivi et la gestion financière ;
  • Tu seras en charge de l'étude et du chiffrage des devis sur tes chantiers et sur nos sites en maintenance ;
  • Tu seras garant du respect des engagements contractuels et budgétaires ;
  • Tu superviseras l'organisation des interventions de tes monteurs, techniciens et assures la gestion des équipements ;
  • Tu pilotes également la sous-traitance ;
  • Tu es force de proposition et apportes des suggestions d'amélioration au regard de la performance, du fonctionnement et de la sécurité
  • Tu es amené à te déplacer sur toute la Suisse Romande dans le cadre de tes projets.

Ce qui te caractérise

  • Tu disposes d'une formation technique supérieure en froid (technicien ES, ingénieur, IFFI, HES, BF, DF,-) ;
  • Tu justifies d'une expérience d'au moins 2 ans en gestion de projets d'installations frigorifiques ;
  • Tu as de très bonnes connaissances techniques dans le domaine du froid, notamment du CO2. Les connaissances poussées dans le domaine de l'électricité et la régulation sont un plus ;
  • Tu sais te servir des outils informatiques usuels ;
  • Tu disposes d'un niveau opérationnel en anglais technique. La connaissance d'une autre langue est un atout ;
  • Tu es bon communiquant, tu es organisé et dispose d'un bon esprit d'analyse et de synthèse.
