Votre profil Vous êtes titulaire d’un diplôme d’ingénieur·e civil·e. Vous bénéficiez d’au minimum 10 années d’expérience dans la gestion de projets d’infrastructures souterraines, idéalement dans le domaine des tunnels ferroviaires ou routiers. Vous disposez d’une expérience confirmée en tant que chef·fe de projet et avez dirigé avec succès des mandats complexes impliquant de multiples intervenants. Vous connaissez les normes, directives et pratiques suisses ainsi que les spécificités du marché romand. Vous souhaitez jouer un rôle actif dans le développement du marché des tunnels et des ouvrages souterrains en Suisse romande. Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et vous vous épanouissez dans des environnements collaboratifs réunissant des spécialistes de différentes disciplines. Doté·e d’excellentes capacités relationnelles, vous développez des relations de confiance avec les clients, partenaires et autorités. Rigoureux·se, pragmatique et orienté·e solutions, vous êtes capable de piloter des projets ambitieux tout en fédérant les équipes autour d’objectifs communs. La mission Vous prenez la responsabilitéde projets d’infrastructures souterraines et accompagnez nos clients tout aulong du cycle de vie des mandats, depuis les études préliminaires jusqu’à lamise en service. À ce titre, vous : Assurez la conduite technique, organisationnelle et financière des projets. Coordonnez des équipes pluridisciplinaires et mobilisez les compétences nécessaires à chaque phase du projet. Garantissez la qualité des prestations, le respect des délais et la maîtrise des coûts. Développez et entretenez les relations avec les maîtres d’ouvrage, partenaires et autorités. Contribuez activement au positionnement et au développement des activités tunnels et ouvrages souterrains du groupe en Suisse romande.
