Votre profil ------------ \* Diplômé·e dans l'ingénierie civile, vous apportez une expérience d'au moins 10 ans dans la gestion de projets dans le domaine des infrastructures ferroviaires, phase SIA 31 à 53\\. \* Votre connaissance des normes suisses (DE\\-OCF, SIA) vous permet d'accompagner nos clients de la phase d'avant\\-projet jusqu'à la mise en service. \* Vous êtes au bénéfice d'une expérience dans le management d'équipes et êtes capable d'assurer la gestion interne et l'organisation de l'équipe affectée au mandat, tout en contribuant à la formation des juniors. \* Méticuleux·se et structuré·e, à l'aise avec les outils informatiques (y compris outils 3D et IA), vous proposez des solutions pertinentes, efficaces, innovantes et favorables à l'environnement. \* Capable de travailler en autonomie, vous appréciez également le travail en équipe et souhaitez collaborer sur des projets d'envergure. \* Vous êtes prêt·e à vous engager pour contribuer au développement du bureau et de l'équipe.
