Votre profil : ##

  • Formation supérieure de type école de commerce, ingénierie ou équivalent (HEC, EPF),
  • Expérience confirmée (2 à 7 ans) en développement immobilier, promotion ou valorisation d'actifs,
  • Excellente connaissance du marché immobilier romand et des réglementations,
  • Capacité à piloter des projets de manière autonome,
  • Esprit entrepreneurial, proactivité et sens du résultat,
  • Curiosité, esprit d'analyse, ténacité et rigueur,
  • Bonnes capacités relationnelles et rédactionnelles,
  • Esprit d'équipe et d'initiative, éthique, transparence et sens commercial.

Vos principaux objectifs : ##

Au sein de notre équipe de développement de projets, vous serez en charge du montage et du suivi d'opérations immobilières :

  • Identification et analyse d'opportunités,
  • Préparation et rédaction de réponses à des appels d'offres lancés par des institutions publiques,
  • Elaboration des dossiers et des propositions,
  • Etudes de faisabilité, en prenant en compte les dimensions financières, juridiques et techniques ainsi que l'analyse des risques,
  • Pilotage de phases amont des opérations : négociation foncière, montage d'opérations, obtention des autorisations,
  • Coordination des différents intervenants (architectes, autorités, investisseurs) et suivi de la planification et des chantiers en collaboration avec les mandataires techniques (séances de pilotage, suivi des adjudications et du budget des projets),
  • Elaboration de plans financiers pour différents projets en phase de développement,
  • Veille active du marché et des opportunités,
  • Participation la stratégie de développement du groupe.
