CHEF-FE DE RANG - contrat sur appel - extra

Profil : Vous possédez un CFC de spécialiste en restauration ? Vous êtes au bénéfice d’une expérience d’au moins 5 ans dans un poste similaire ? Vous maîtrisez les logiciels de caisse et avez de bonnes connaissances des normes d’hygiène et de sécurité (HACCP)? Vous êtes doté-e d’un sens aigu de l’organisation et de la communication ? Vous avez une bonne résistance au stress et une bonne capacité d’adaptation ? Vous avez de l’intérêt pour les domaines de l’accompagnement, la formation d’adultes et l’insertion socio-professionnelle ?

Vos principales activités : En tant que chef-fe de rang, vous gérez et organisez les activités d’un rang selon les directives du maître d’hôtel, vous coordonnez le travail des commis-e-s et des personnes en emploi-formation.

Service : Accueillir et prendre en charge les client-e-s de leur arrivée jusqu’à leur départ Organiser le travail des commis de salle et des bénéficiaires sur son rang Gérer et coordonner le service sur son rang pour en garantir la qualité S’assurer en permanence de la satisfaction des client-e-s Gérer l’encaissement et les clôtures Gérer le rangement de la salle et la mise en place pour le service suivant Contrôler la marchandise reçue

Encadrement d’équipe & Formation : Assurer la supervision et la coordination des activités de l’équipe en organisant, distribuant et contrôlant le travail. Développer les compétences professionnelles et personnelles des bénéficiaires et favoriser leur ré/insertion sur le marché du travail. Encadrer, former, responsabiliser et évaluer les bénéficiaires et les apprenti-e-s. Former et coacher sur des thèmes précis relatifs aux activités du secteur Fixer des objectifs et évaluer les compétences des bénéficiaires

Le cadre de la collaboration : Nous cherchons une personne souhaitant s'inscrire dans une collaboration régulière et durable avec notre établissement dans le cadre d'un contrat sur appel. Vous intervenez principalement en renfort de l'équipe lors d'absences, de congés ou de besoins ponctuels du service. Il ne s'agit pas d'un poste avec un horaire fixe ou un nombre d'heures garanti. Nous cherchons ainsi une personne bénéficiant d'une bonne disponibilité et d'une certaine flexibilité, notamment pour des remplacements pouvant parfois être organisés à court terme. Afin de faciliter ces interventions, nous privilégions une personne domiciliée à proximité d'Epalinges ou pouvant rejoindre facilement l'Hôtel-Restaurant de l'Union.
