Chef-fe de secteur assurance militaire 80 - 100 %

Ce que tu accomplis

  • Tu diriges et accompagnes une équipe d'une vingtaine de personnes chargés de la gestion de l'assurance militaire en Suisse romande.
  • Tu assures le pilotage opérationnel et budgétaire de ton secteur.
  • Tu analyses les processus, identifies les potentiels d'amélioration et contribues à l-évolution de l'assurance militaire.
  • Tu entretiens des relations de confiance avec les assurés, les partenaires médicaux, ainsi qu-avec les institutions et organisations concernées.
  • Tu fais le lien entre le siège de l'assurance militaire à Berne et les activités en Suisse romande.
  • En tant que membre du collège des cadres, tu participes activement au développement de la région Suisse-occidentale et de l'assurance militaire dans l'agence Suva Genève.

 

Ce que tu apportes

  • Tu es titulaire d'un master en droit et d'un brevet d'avocat ou diplôme équivalent.
  • Tu as une expérience confirmée dans la conduite d'équipes, ainsi que dans la gestion de projets et de processus.
  • Tu disposes de plusieurs années d'expérience dans le domaine des assurances sociales ou de personnes.
  • Le français est ta langue maternelle et tu possèdes d'excellentes connaissances en allemand.
  • Tu te distingues par ton esprit d'analyse, ta capacité de synthèse et ton aisance dans la prise de décision.
  • Tu fais preuve d'une grande aisance relationnelle et apprécies évoluer au sein d'une organisation matricielle.
