La Commune de Chef\-fe de service adjoint\-e bâtiments La Commune de Val\-de\-Ruz s'étend sur plus de 124 kilomètres carrés et compte quelques 17'500 habitants. Troisième commune la plus peuplée du canton et deuxième en superficie, nous comptons environ 600 collaborateurs. Afin de renforcer notre service des bâtiments, nous mettons au concours le poste de : Chef de service adjoint (H/F) taux activité : 90% Chef\-fe de service adjoint\-e bâtiments Le service des bâtiments et de l'énergie est chargé de la gérance du parc communal comptant près de 400 immeubles. Dans le cadre de votre fonction, vous serez : responsable des adjudications en lien aux projets confiés et aux procédures liées aux marchés publics ; en charge de l'élaboration, du montage et de la correction des rapports pour les différentes instances ; en charge de la gestion des dossiers fonciers ; responsable de l'exécution de travaux et de la conduite de chantiers ; chargé du suivi de l'entretien du patrimoine en collaboration avec différents acteurs ; chargé de l'expertise des immeubles du patrimoine financier ; responsable des processus de planification et de réalisation des projets ; en charge de la supervision des activités en lien à la gérance immobilière communale en collaboration avec la cheffe de service ; en charge de la partie financière liée au service (factures, subventions, décomptes de charges, budget). Votre profil : Brevet fédéral de gérant d'immeubles, bachelor ou master jugé équivalent ; en possession de titres immobiliers (immobase, immotechnique,...) ; expérience confirmée dans le domaine de la gestion immobilière et en gestion du personnel ; expérience dans le domaine technique des bâtiments et en suivi de chantiers ; connaissances en urbanisme, aménagement du territoire et droit du bail ; en possession du permis de conduire. Entrée en service : De suite ou à convenir. Vous avez un sens aigu de l'organisation, la capacité à gérer vos projets et vos priorités. Précis, résistant à la pression et apte à innover, anticiper et adapter.
