Mitten im Val Morteratsch, umgeben von imposanten Gletschern und der einzigartigen Engadiner Bergwelt, erwartet dich ein Arbeitsplatz, den andere nur aus ihren Ferien kennen. Internationale Gäste, hochwertige regionale Produkte und ein motiviertes Team machen das Hotel Morteratsch zu einem besonderen Ort für Gastgeberinnen und Gastgeber mit Leidenschaft.

Für die Wintersaison 2026/27 suchen wir eine inspirierende Persönlichkeit als Chef de Service (m/w).

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Führungsposition
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch- und Italienischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Gastgeberpersönlichkeit mit natürlicher Ausstrahlung
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Führungskompetenz, Teamgeist und Organisationstalent
  • Freude daran, Mitarbeitende zu fördern und ein Team weiterzuentwickeln
  • Belastbar, zuverlässig und auch in hektischen Situationen souverän
  • Leidenschaft für erstklassigen Service und echte Gastfreundschaft

Deine Aufgaben

  • Operative Leitung des gesamten Servicebereichs
  • Führung, Motivation und Einsatzplanung des Serviceteams
  • Sicherstellung eines professionellen und herzlichen Gästeerlebnisses
  • Verantwortung für Servicequalität und betriebliche Standards
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im Tages- und Abendgeschäft
  • Einarbeitung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Küche, Réception und Direktion
  • Erstellung von Dienstplänen und Stundenkontrollen
