Dans un environnement multisite, dynamique et évolutif, environ 350 collaborateurs·trices oeuvrent chaque jour afin d'offrir aux plus de 200 résidents un cadre de vie chaleureux, professionnel et sécurisant. Suite au départ en retraite de sa Cheffe de service Ressources humaines, les Fleurs du Temps met au concours un poste de : \\Chef·fe de service Ressources humaines Membre de la direction élargie / 80 -- 100 %\\ Vos principales responsabilités sont les suivantes : \\Développer la fonction RH et la positionner comme un partenaire stratégique\\ \* Assurer la conduite opérationnelle transversale du service RH et animer l'équipe de spécialistes \* Garantir les processus RH nécessaires à la gestion et l'évolution du personnel (recrutement\\-décrutement, rémunération, formation, évaluation, monitoring RH, gestion des risques psycho\\-sociaux, santé au travail, suivi de la carrière, mobilité interne) \* Soutenir et conseiller la Direction et les Cadres sur les questions d'organisation, de RH, de culture professionnelle et de droit du travail \* Maîtriser les conditions\\-cadres (masse salariale, heures supplémentaires, absentéisme et maladie) afin de respecter les budgets opérationnels \* Développer l'attractivité de l'institution en développant l'image\\-employeur. \\Contribuer en tant que membre de l'équipe de la Direction élargie des Fleurs du Temps\\ \* Contribuer et participer à la mise en oeuvre des objectifs stratégiques \* Fournir un cockpit de pilotage RH à l'attention de la Direction et du Conseil \* Gérer ou accompagner des projets institutionnels en intégrant les parties prenantes \* Représenter l'Institution dans son champ de responsabilité et s'impliquer dans des projets internes et externes \* Soutenir activement les actions de communication interne et externe \* Être un référent expérimenté en gestion de crise. \\Votre profil professionnel :\\ \* \\Parcours.\\ Responsable RH ou chef·fe de service RH expérimenté. 5 ans d'expérience réussie et concrète dans une fonction similaire. Force d'engagement et de réalisation \* \\Style.\\ Excelle dans la co\\-construction de solutions. Sens de la diplomatie. Adhésion à une approche participative du management.
