CE QUE VOUS FEREZ : Gérer, encadrer et développer une équipe de 3 spécialistes automation Planifier les activités, répartir les tâches et assurer le suivi opérationnel (reporting GMAO) Superviser la maintenance, l’évolution et la fiabilité des systèmes automatisés (PLC, SCADA, HMI, réseaux industriels) Garantir la disponibilité des installations critiques (process laitiers, CIP, packaging, utilities) Piloter les projets d’automation : modernisation, digitalisation, optimisation énergétique, intégration de nouvelles lignes Collaborer étroitement avec la production, la maintenance (dépannage), la qualité et l’IT Assurer un support expert en cas de panne complexe et coordonner les interventions externes Veiller à la conformité des systèmes aux normes de sécurité, qualité et hygiène (HACCP, sécurité machine) Mettre à jour la documentation technique et gérer les versions logicielles CE QUE VOUS APPORTEZ : Formation d’ingénieur ou technicien ES en automation avec expertise reconnue en automation industrielle (5 ans minimum) Maîtrise des automates programmables (JAG, Siemens S7 / TIA Portal ou équivalent) Expérience confirmée en maintenance et automation en environnement industriel, avec de très bonnes connaissances en mécanique et en électricité.
