Lieu DG \\\& Centre de Services / SION Secteur Finances Taux d'occupation 100% Délai de postulation Exigences \\Votre mission :\\ Membre de la direction du Centre de Services (CdS), vous collaborez activement à la définition de la stratégie financière de l'HVS et guidez les collaborateurs\\-trices des différentes unités de votre service dans leur développement professionnel. Vous assurez avec expertise la gestion de la comptabilité HVS, aussi bien financière qu'analytique, en conformité avec la législation et les différentes normes en vigueur. Vous gérez conjointement la stratégie des liquidités et participez à la planification ainsi qu'au suivi des investissements. Vous élaborez les différents rapports financiers à l'attention de la DG et du CA. Vous assurez une collaboration constructive avec les contrôleurs de gestion des Centres Hospitaliers et de l'Institut Central des Hôpitaux, ainsi qu'avec les organes de contrôle (externe / interne). \\Votre profil :\\ \* Diplôme universitaire en économie ou formation jugée équivalente \\- complété\\-e par une formation en management ; \* diplôme d'expert en finance et controlling ou diplôme d'expert\\-comptable ou brevet fédéral de spécialiste en finance et comptabilité ; \* expérience de plus de 7 ans dans un poste similaire ; \* très bonnes connaissances des normes comptables (Swiss GAAP RPC) ; \* sens de l'innovation et capacité conceptuelle avérée ; \* leadership inspirant et aptitude à modérer ; \* connaissance du domaine hospitalier, un atout ; \* excellentes connaissances du français et de l'allemand. \\Nous offrons :\\ Un environnement stimulant et diversifié avec la possibilité de mettre à profit vos connaissances et votre expérience ; des conditions d'emploi attrayantes ; des possibilités de formation continue et de perfectionnement.
