Présents depuis de nombreuses années sur le marché, nous mettons en relation des professionnels qualifiés avec des entreprises de différents secteurs et accordons une grande importance à un accompagnement personnalisé de nos candidats.

Pour l'un de nos clients, actif dans la restauration collective, nous recherchons un·e Chef·fe gérant·e / chef·fe de cuisine gérant·e afin d'assurer la gestion et le bon fonctionnement d'un restaurant de collectivité situé à Porrentruy.

Stellenbeschreibung ##

  • Assurer la gestion quotidienne de la cuisine et du restaurant de collectivité
  • Organiser et superviser la production des repas
  • Élaborer des menus variés, équilibrés et adaptés à la restauration collective
  • Garantir la qualité et la régularité des prestations culinaires
  • Participer activement à la préparation et à l'envoi des repas
  • Organiser le travail et coordonner l'équipe de cuisine
  • Gérer les commandes, les stocks et les marchandises
  • Veiller à une utilisation optimale des matières premières et limiter le gaspillage
  • Contrôler la réception et le stockage des marchandises
  • Garantir le respect des normes d'hygiène, de sécurité alimentaire et des procédures HACCP
  • Assurer la propreté et la bonne organisation des locaux et des équipements
  • Participer au bon fonctionnement général de l'établissement
  • Être l'interlocuteur opérationnel pour les différentes questions liées à la cuisine et à la prestation

Wir erwarten ##

  • Formation professionnelle dans le domaine de la cuisine
  • Expérience confirmée en qualité de chef de cuisine, chef gérant ou dans une fonction similaire
  • Une expérience dans la restauration collective constitue un réel atout
  • Bonnes compétences en organisation et en gestion d'une cuisine
  • Capacité à encadrer, motiver et coordonner une équipe
  • Maîtrise des règles d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire
  • Sens des responsabilités et capacité à travailler de manière autonome
  • Bonne gestion des priorités et capacité à faire face aux périodes de forte activité
  • Personnalité organisée, fiable et orientée vers la qualité
  • Bon relationnel et esprit d'équipe
  • Disponibilité pour travailler à Porrentruy
