La Boucherie de la Croix Blanche SA, reconnue pour son savoir-faire artisanal et ses produits de qualité, recherche un-e Chef-fe vendeur-euse en boucherie-charcuterie pour rejoindre son équipe dynamique et engagée. Responsabilités ###

 

  • Accueillir et conseiller la clientèle avec professionnalisme et convivialité.
  • Assurer la présentation et la mise en valeur des produits en vitrine.
  • Superviser et coordonner les activités de vente au sein de l'équipe.
  • Garantir le respect des normes d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire.
  • Participer à la gestion des stocks et aux commandes de marchandises.
  • Contribuer à l'atteinte des objectifs de vente et à la satisfaction client.

 

Qualifications ###

 

  • Formation en boucherie-charcuterie ou expérience équivalente dans le domaine.
  • Expérience confirmée dans la vente et le conseil à la clientèle.
  • Capacité à encadrer une équipe et à travailler en collaboration.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et sens du service client.
  • Connaissance des normes d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire en vigueur.
  • Autonomie, rigueur et esprit d'initiative.
  • Bonne expression orale en français.
