  • Medizinische, organisatorische und wirtschaftliche Gesamtverantwortung für die Klinik der allgemeinen inneren Medizin am Standort Sursee
  • Strategische und konzeptionelle Weiterentwicklung der Klinik in Anlehnung der Medizin-Strategie der LUKS-Gruppe
  • Sicherstellung höchster Qualitätsstandards in Diagnostik und Therapie
  • Sie übernehmen die fachliche Führung und personelle Führung des Ärzteteams und verantworten die ärztliche Weiterbildung sowie die Ausbildung von Assistenzärztinnen und -ärzten WB-Kategorie B
  • Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für Budget, Ressourcensteuerung und wirtschaftliche Entwicklung der Klinik.
  • Repräsentation der Klinik inner- und ausserhalb des Spitals sowie Stärkung von regionalen und nationalen Netzwerken, sowie Pflege des bestehenden Netzwerks mit Hausärzten /Zuweisern
  • Sie unterstützen die Planung des Neubaus und der damit verbundenen Organisationsentwicklung

Ihre Erfahrung ###

  • Facharzttitel Allgemeine Innere Medizin, Zusatzqualifikation wie z. B EMBA, Sonographie-Tutor, Master of Medical Education von Vorteil
  • Sehr breite und ausgewiesene internistische Expertise
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung als Kaderarzt von Vorteil
  • Ausgesprochene Führungs-, Sozial- und Kommunikationskompetenz sowie Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse des schweizerischen Gesundheitswesens
  • Strategisches, innovatives Denken und Interesse an der kontinuierlichen klinischen und organisatorischen Weiterentwicklung
  • Interesse und Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge sowie Offenheit in Bezug auf Digitalisierung
