  • Strategische und konzeptionelle Weiterentwicklung der HNO-Klinik mit Fokus auf Roboter-Chirurgie, endoskopische Ohr-, NNH- und Schädelbasischirurgie, Cochlea- und Mittelohr-Implantat-Chirurgie sowie standortübergreifende Strategien für bestehende und zukünftige Standorte
  • Sicherstellung höchster Qualitätsstandards in Diagnostik und Therapie, Förderung von Innovationen, neuen Technologien, klinischer Forschung, universitärer Lehre sowie der Weiter- und Fortbildung im Rahmen der anerkannten Weiterbildungsstätte Kategorie A
  • Verantwortung für Budget, Ressourcen und die wirtschaftliche Entwicklung der Klinik, Pflege und Ausbau des Zuweisernetzwerks, Förderung der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit sowie Repräsentation der Klinik und Stärkung regionaler, nationaler und internationaler Netzwerke

Ihre Erfahrung ###

  • Facharzttitel (FMH oder äquivalent) für Otorhinolaryngologie mit Schwerpunkttitel Hals- und Gesichtschirurgie sowie breiter, ausgewiesener Expertise im gesamten HNO-Spektrum und eigenem Schwerpunkt in mindestens einer Subspezialität
  • Hohe operative Kompetenz in mindestens einer HNO-Subspezialität sowie Führungserfahrung an einem Zentrumsspital oder in einem universitären Umfeld mit wissenschaftlichem Profil
  • Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit zur Umsetzung eigener Forschungsideen, insbesondere in der klinischen und universitären Forschung, verbunden mit ausgeprägten Führungs-, Sozial- und Kommunikationskompetenzen sowie Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse des schweizerischen Gesundheits- und Versicherungswesens, betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis (idealerweise mit Führungs- oder Managementausbildung) sowie Offenheit gegenüber Digitalisierung
