Klinische Leitung mit Weitblick: eine Schlüsselposition, in der Sie eine psychiatrische Klinik strategisch weiterentwickeln und prägen. Im Raum St. Gallen suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine Chefärztin oder einen Chefarzt für Erwachsenenpsychiatrie im Rahmen einer vorausschauenden Nachfolgeregelung. In einer recovery-orientierten Klinik mit universitärer Anbindung übernehmen Sie zunächst in einem Co-Chefarztmodell die Leitung und wachsen strukturiert in die Gesamtverantwortung hinein.

Das erwartet Sie bei dieser verantwortungsvollen Aufgabe

  • Sie übernehmen im Rahmen der Nachfolgeplanung die co-chefärztliche Leitung der psychiatrischen Klinik und arbeiten eng mit der aktuellen Chefärztin zusammen
  • Sie initiieren, steuern und begleiten Entwicklungs- und Veränderungsprozesse und bringen Ihre Expertise in das Gesamtunternehmen ein
  • Sie sind neben Ihrer Führungsfunktion klinisch tätig und betreuen einen klar definierten Behandlungsbereich
  • Sie führen die Weiterbildungsstätte der Kategorie A in der Erwachsenenpsychiatrie und engagieren sich in Rekrutierung, Aus- und Weiterbildung ärztlicher und psychologischer Fachkräfte
  • Sie vertreten die Ärztinnen und Ärzte sowie die Psychologinnen und Psychologen in internen und externen Gremien
  • Sie sind Mitglied der Klinikdirektion und gestalten standortspezifische und standortübergreifende Projekte aktiv mit

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Facharzttitel für Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie
  • Mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung in einer psychiatrischen Einrichtung sowie eine abgeschlossene Dissertation
  • Abgeschlossene Führungs- oder Managementweiterbildung; Schwerpunkttitel oder Habilitation von Vorteil
  • Gute Vernetzung in der schweizerischen Gesundheitsversorgung
