Aufgaben --------

  • Fachliche, personelle und organisatorische Leitung der Intensivmedizin
  • Verantwortlich für die fachärztliche Versorgung kritisch kranker Patientinnen
  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung der Intensivmedizin in enger interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
  • Förderung von Innovation und klinischer Forschung
  • Stärkung einer lebendigen Aus\-, Weiter\- und Fortbildungskultur

Anforderungen -------------

  • Facharzttitel in Intensivmedizin oder gleichwertige Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise zusätzlicher Facharzttitel in Anästhesiologie, Innerer Medizin oder Chirurgie
  • Breite klinische Erfahrung in der chirurgischen und medizinischen Intensivmedizin sowie mehrjährige Kadertätigkeit
  • Ausgewiesene Führungserfahrung, Managementkenntnisse und Kompetenz in der Prozessoptimierung
  • Integrative Persönlichkeit mit Innovationsfreude sowie hoher Fach\- und Sozialkompetenz
