Die \[OdA Gesundheit Zürich\](\< \>) und \[OdA Sozialberufe Zürich\](\< \>) sind als kantonale Berufsbildungsverbände in der Grundbildung und Tertiärstufe B in ihren jeweiligen Branchen für die Berufsbildungsentwicklung und Nachwuchsförderung zuständig. Neben Überbetrieblichen Kursen (ÜK) in der Grundbildung bieten wir für berufspädagogische Weiterbildungen und Fachaustausche an und beraten in Bildungsfragen. In Zusammenarbeit mit den Behörden und der Prüfungskommission 76 des Kantons Zürich führen wir Aufgaben im Qualifikationsverfahren (QV) der Grundbildung Assistent\\\in Gesundheit und Soziales EBA durch. Wir suchen per 1\\. August 2027 eine\\\n \\Chefexpert\\\in Assistent\\\in Gesundheit und Soziales (CPEX AGS)\\ \\Ihre Aufgaben:\\ \* Sie tragen die Verantwortung für die Umsetzung des Qualifikationsverfahrens AGS, erstellen bzw. aktualisieren operative QV\\-Dokumente und sind für die Qualitätssicherung zuständig. \* Sie führen QV\\-Schulungen und \\-Informationsveranstaltungen für Prüfungskandidat\\\innen, betriebliche Berufsbildner\\\innen und Prüfungsexpert\\\innen AGS durch. \ Sie sind Ansprechpartner\\\in in QV\\-Fragen für Prüfungskandidat\\\innen, Lehrbetriebe, Prüfungsexpert\\\innen AGS und weitere Stellen. \ Sie validieren die Prüfungsergebnisse und bearbeiten die Einsprachen gemäss kantonalen Weisungen. \* Sie nehmen Schnittstellenfunktionen (mit anderen CPEX, dem Mittelschul\\- und Berufsbildungsamt, der Prüfungskommission 76 und den beiden OdA) auf nationaler bzw. kantonaler Ebene wahr. \* Sie übernehmen bedarfsabhängige Stellvertretungsaufgaben für CPEX FaGe bei deren Abwesenheit. \\Sie bringen mit:\\ \* Einen eidg. Berufsabschluss Abschluss im Gesundheits\\- oder Sozialbereich, vorzugsweise auf Tertiärstufe (Höhere Berufsbildung oder Hochschule) \* Eine Weiterbildung als Prüfungsexpert\\\in und als Berufsbildner\\\in oder die Bereitschaft, den Berufsbildner\\\innenkurs in der Einarbeitungsphase zu absolvieren. \ Eine mindestens 5\\-jährige Berufspraxis, davon mindestens 2 Jahre als Prüfungsexpert\\\in. \ Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein zur Wahrung des Amtsgeheimnisses. \* Mit Ihrer Verlässlichkeit, analytisch\\-lösungsorientierten Denkweise und Organisations\\- und Führungskompetenz bereitet Ihnen die Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen Freude. \* Sie können sich mit einem Jahresarbeitszeitmodell identifizieren (grösserer Arbeitsaufwand im ersten Halbjahr). \\Wir bieten:\\ \* Eine verantwortungsvolle und interessante Tätigkeit mit der Möglichkeit, im Qualifikationsverfahren AGS eine zentrale Rolle zu übernehmen. \* Arbeitsbedingungen nach kantonalen Ansätzen mit flexiblen Arbeitszeiten. \* Im Vorfeld des Stellenantritts erfolgt eine Einarbeitung, deren Zeitaufwände sind vom Mittelschul\\- und Berufsbildungsamt Zürich vergütet.
