Critères impératifs: Certification de technicien de glace de curling délivrée par World Curling (niveaux 1 et 2) ou qualification équivalente reconnue ; Expérience confirmée en qualité de chef technicien sur des compétitions de curling ; Maîtrise des installations frigorifiques et des règles de sécurité correspondantes ; Maîtrise de l'anglais, langue de travail du circuit international ; Disponibilité à plein temps sur l'ensemble de la saison, y compris week-ends lors des compétitions.

Mission: En tant que Chief Icemaker, vous êtes responsable de la préparation et de l’entretien de la glace, afin de garantir des conditions de jeu de haut niveau tout au long de la saison. Vous appliquez une approche moderne et rigoureuse, en assurant constance, qualité et sécurité.

Responsabilités principales Préparer et entretenir la glace pour l’ensemble des activités : entraînements, ligues, événements, compétitions. Assurer la qualité (constance, sécurité, standards “élite”) et adapter la préparation selon les besoins. Coordonner la mise en glace en début de saison, y compris la planification et les commandes de matériel/consommables associés. Coordonner le travail avec un assistant Icemaker à 30% (poste séparé, soutien/remplacement ~1,5 jour/semaine). Fin de saison (avril) : participation au rangement et nettoyage de la halle et aux opérations de clôture.

Organisation du travail Le poste est plein temps. Chaque draw nécessite une intervention de 1 à 2 heures selon le besoin.

Planning hebdomadaire indicatif Lundi : 2,5 draws Mardi : 2,5 draws Mercredi : 2,5 draw Jeudi : 1,5 draws Vendredi : ≈ 1 draw Week-ends : 15 à 17 week-ends par saison (compétitions / camps d’entraînement)

Le programme complet et détaillé de préparation de glace sera présenté après réception des candidatures.

Congés Les vacances se prennent sur la période estivale (mai à août). Pendant la saison froide (septembre à mars), jusqu’à 10 jours peuvent être pris pour participer à une compétition élite World Curling ou de niveau similaire, à condition que ces congés n’empiètent pas sur les compétitions importantes du calendrier du club.

Nous accueillons régulièrement des championnats nationaux et internationaux de haut niveau. Nous disposons de tout le matériel nécessaire pour offrir des conditions de jeu d’élite, avec l’ambition de continuer à développer cette dynamique. Le comité pilote la stratégie et le développement du club. L’équipe opérationnelle comprend un manager de club, une responsable développement & durabilité, une assistante administrative, ainsi qu’un assistant Icemaker. Nous sommes une équipe professionnelle, ambitieuse et passionnée.
