Cheffe ou chef d'Unité intervention sociale de rue (80% à 100%)

Le Service de l'inclusion et des actions sociales de proximité offre à la population lausannoise un ensemble de prestations communales d'aide, parmi lesquelles figure le dispositif addictions.

Afin de renforcer le dispositif addictions, nous sommes à la recherche d'une cheffe ou d'un chef d'unité à 80%\-100% qui aura pour mission de diriger l'équipe sociale de rue, tout en assurant les mêmes missions que celle\-ci, soit d'aller vers les personnes en situation de consommations afin de réduire les risques sociaux et sanitaires en délivrant des messages de prévention, de réduction des risques, de vivre ensemble et en orientant la population cible vers les prestations existantes.

Mission(s) principale(s)

Diriger l'équipe d'intervention sociale de rue

Aller à la rencontre des personnes en situation de consommation, établir un lien et les orienter dans le dispositif socio\-sanitaire

Participer à la réduction des risques sociaux et sanitaires en sensibilisant la population cible et en collaborant avec l'ensemble des partenaires du réseau (sécuritaire, sanitaire, social)

Participer à la réduction des nuisances sur l'espace public via une posture claire, informer de la nécessité d'utiliser les espaces de consommation sécurisé, de l'importance du vivre ensemble et des responsabilités de chacun et chacune

Assurer le lien avec la population et les commerces

Participer à la réflexion sur l'optimisation du travail et des processus

Profil

Bachelor HES en Travail social, sciences humaines ou soins infirmiers ou titre jugé équivalent

Formation en conduite d'équipe, exigée

Formation complémentaire dans le domaine de la communication et de la gestion de conflits ainsi que dans la médiation

Minimum 3 années d'expérience professionnelle dans la conduite d'une équipe ou de projet

Minimum 2 années d'expérience professionnelle dans le domaine des addictions, de la grande précarité et/ou du travail social

Connaissance du dispositif social et sanitaire lausannois

Très bonnes capacités à entrer en contact avec des personnes de divers horizons et de conditions difficiles ainsi qu'à gérer les situations de tensions

Capacité à travailler en réseau avec les autres services de la ville ainsi qu'avec les institutions subventionnées

Contact facile, sang\-froid, maturité, esprit d'équipe, leadership

Bonne maîtrise des outils MS Office 365

Excellente maîtrise du français, connaissance d'une autre langue un atout

Travail planifié du lundi au samedi

Flexibilité horaire (aptitude à travailler tôt le matin, en soirée, les weekends et jours fériés), selon les besoins du service
