Mission :

En tant que Chef·fe de projet, vous êtes l'interlocuteur·rice privilégié·e de nos clients pour tous les projets industriels et grands projets en installation électriques. De l'identification des besoins à la mise en service des installations, vous assurez le suivi complet des projets tout en développant activement notre présence sur le marché.

Vos principales responsabilités :

  • Identifier les besoins de la clientèle et proposer des solutions modernes et innovatrices à des conditions économiquement avantageuses
  • Réaliser les objectifs et optimiser le chiffre d-affaires et les marges des projets
  • Conduire des projets/chantiers de grande importance pouvant comprendre plusieurs produits/prestations de Groupe E
  • Organiser et performer la réalisation des prestations offertes, de la planification jusqu-à la facturation selon les objectifs de qualité, de délais et de marges
  • Promouvoir, développer et entretenir les relations commerciales avec les différents intervenants des projets
  • Appliquer les normes en vigueur, garantir et assurer en permanence que toutes les mesures de sécurité soient bien appliquées et prises en compte sur le lieu de travail afin de garantir la santé des collaborateurs

Profil :

  • Installateur·ice électricien·ne CFC ; Électricien·ne de montage CFC
  • Brevet de Chef de projet en installation électrique
  • Expérience avérée en gestion de projet-réalisation de chantier
  • Expérience avérée dans le domaine des installations électriques et/ou industrielles
  • Expérience en gestion de grand projet
  • Maitrise des outils informatiques usuels, WinProgitel et Office Manager un fort atout
  • Personne ayant une aisance relationnelle et orienté clientèle
  • Personne autonome, organisée, dynamique, motivée et flexible
  • Permis de conduire valable obligatoire
