Wir gehören zu den national führenden Stellenvermittlungen mit insgesamt 22 Niederlassungen in der Schweiz und im Fürstentum Liechtenstein. Seit über 30 Jahren sind wir spezialisiert auf die Vermittlung und den Verleih von Personal in diversen Branchen, hauptsächlich in den Bereichen Bauhaupt- und Baunebengewerbe, Handwerk, Technik und Industrie.

Unser Kunde ist ein familiäres Unternehmen und arbeitet im Fassadenbau mit Leidenschaft. Das Angebot geht dabei weit über Neubauten heraus. Sie sind die Profis im Montieren, Renovieren und Sanieren von Fassaden. Das Produktionsprogramm umfasst einerseits alle konventionellen Schlosserarbeiten. Andererseits ist das Unternehmen Spezialist für den Stahl- und Fassadenbau. Es wird als selbstverständlich betrachtet, dass neue technische Entwicklungen dabei laufend in die Fabrikation und Montage mit einbezogen werden.

Stellenbeschreibung ##

Als Chefmonteur im Fassadenbau, werden Sie zuständig sein für die korrekte Montage von Fassadenelementen nach Zeichnungen und Kundenwünschen unter Einhaltung der Termine und der SUVA-Richtlinien. Sie Planen und Koordinieren die Arbeiten und führen ihr Team bis zur Vollendung der Projekte. Zudem fungieren Sie als Ansprechpartner für die geschäftsinternen und externen Instanzen.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:

  • Selbständiges Arbeiten und Montieren nach Plan und Kundenwunsch
  • Koordination der Monteure
  • Bearbeiten und Verputzen von Bauteilen nach Auftrag und Anforderungen
  • Bearbeitung und Prüfung mechanischer Bauteile nach Zeichnung
  • Verteilung der Arbeiten oder selbständiges Ausführen der Schweissarbeiten
  • Einhaltung und Sicherstellung der Sicherheitsrichtlinien
  • Besprechung mit Bauherren, Architekten oder Montageleitern

Wir erwarten ##

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung auf der Stufe EFZ als Metallbauer / Spengler / Polybauer / Dachdecker / Montageschreiner oder ambivalent
  • Erfahrungen im Fassadenbau
  • Wille Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Führerschein Kat B.
  • Teamfähigkeit und eine hohe Eigenmotivation
  • Zuverlässige, verantwortungsbewusste, konstante, selbständige und exakte Arbeitsweise
  • Lernfähigkeit und eine gute Auffassungsgabe
  • Handwerkliches Geschick
  • Freude an Metallbauarbeiten
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Hebebühnen

Von Vorteil sind:

  • Grundkurs Höhensicherung PSAgA
  • Führungserfahrung
