Wir suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n

Chemielaborant/in EFZ – Reference Materials \& Analytics (m/w/d) – 80\-100% -------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In dieser vielseitigen Funktion übernimmst Du ein breites Aufgabenspektrum in der Elementanalytik und in der Herstellung von metallischen Referenzmaterialien und bringst Dich aktiv in die Ausbildung unserer Lernenden ein.

Zu Deinen Hauptaufgaben gehören

  • Durchführung von Analysen mittels ICP\-OES, ICP\-MS, Funken\-OES, AAS und XRF, inkl. verschiedener Aufschlusstechniken wie Mikrowellendruckaufschluss
  • Titration und UV/VIS\-Spektrometrie sowie C/S\- und O/N/H\-Bestimmung in Festproben
  • Probenvorbereitung und Zerspanung für die Nasschemie
  • Entwicklung, Validierung/Verifizierung und Implementierung neuer Analysemethoden
  • Durchführung von Homogenitätsprüfungen an Referenzmaterialien
  • Durchführung und Dokumentation von Zertifizierungsanalysen von Referenzmaterialien gemäss aktuellen Qualitätsrichtlinien
  • Geräteverantwortung sowie Unterhalt der Labore
  • Verfassen und Pflege von QM\-Dokumenten, z.B. Analysenvorschriften
  • Betreuung und Ausbildung von Lernenden in der Elementanalytik sowie Tätigkeit als Prüfungsexpertin/Prüfungsexperte des Kantons Schaffhausen

Das bringst Du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chemielaborant/in EFZ oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem akkreditierten Prüflabor, idealerweise mit ICP\-OES/ICP\-MS, AAS, XRF und Nasschemie
  • Berufsbildner\-Ausbildung von Vorteil bzw. Bereitschaft, diese zu erwerben
  • Vertrautheit mit den Arbeitsstandards ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 17034 und cGMP
  • Selbstständige, sorgfältige und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations\- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und gute Englischkenntnisse
