Als Unternehmen mit Produktionsstandort Dottikon im Kanton Aargau sind wir auf Sicherheitskritische Reaktionen spezialisiert und positionieren uns als strategischer Entwicklungs\- und Produktionspartner.

Chemiker als Business Development Manager (m/w/d)

Ihre Verantwortung

  • Marktbeobachtung, Identifizierung von neuen Projekten und Neukundenakquise
  • Kommerzielle Begleitung der Projektimplementierung
  • Erstellung von Offerten und Verhandlung von Verträgen
  • Budget\- und Kapazitätsplanung
  • Erstellen von kundenspezifischen Präsentationen
  • Planung und Durchführung von Kundenbesuchen und Teilnahme an Messen

Ihr Profil

  • Studium in Chemie oder Wirtschaftschemie mit Interesse an Chemie
  • Berufserfahrung im Custom Development \& Manufacturing Bereich
  • Erfahrener Vertragsverhandler
  • Überdurchschnittliche analytische Fähigkeiten (Zahlenmensch, Geschäftssinn)
  • Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Ausdrucksweise in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Analytisch, konzeptionell, ganzheitlich und kreativ
  • Kommunikativ, durchsetzungsstark, sozialkompetent und authentisch
  • Zuverlässig, genau und präzis
  • Hohe Leistungsbereitschaft und Teamgeist
