Ihre Aufgaben -------------

  • Entwicklung von chemisch\-technischen Produkten, Dokumentation der Ergebnisse, Durchführung von Leistungs\- und Stabilitätstests
  • Erarbeitung von Scale\-up Prozessen im Labor und Implementierung in die Produktion
  • Erstellen von Prüfberichten und Datenverwaltung im ERP\-System
  • Selbstständige Erarbeitung, Analyse und Verbesserung von Produktionsprozessen im Bereich Flüssig und
  • Optimierung von Rezepturen hinsichtlich Herstellung, Verarbeitung und Effizienz
  • Koordinieren und Durchführen von Change Prozessen
  • Qualifizierung von Rohstoffalternativen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Verkauf und direkter Kundenkontakt
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen, um ein permanent hohes Qualitätsniveau zu gewährleisten
  • Unterstützung der Betriebsleitung bei chemischen Fragestellungen
  • Stellvertretung der Projektleitung im Bereich Entkalker

Ihr Profil ----------

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Chemielaborant/\-in oder Chemiker/\-in mit Schwerpunkt Verfahrenstechnik
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der herstellenden chemischen Industrie
  • Studium im Bereich Chemie, Chemieingenieur, Verfahrenstechnik, Prozesstechnik
  • Vertraut mit flüssigen und pulverförmigen Produktionsprozessen und Sicherheitsstandards
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit
  • Kenntnisse: MS\-Office, ERP (MS AX, D365\), Industrie 4\.0
