Für unsere Abteilung Global IT suchen wir an unserem internationalen Hauptsitz in Herisau/CH einen innovativen und lösungsorientierten Teamplayer als Chief Information Security Officer (w/m/d) 100% Ihre Aufgaben Entwickeln und Umsetzen der gruppenweiten Informationssicherheitsstrategie sowie entsprechender Richtlinien und Standards Verantwortung für das Cybersecurity\-Risikomanagement für 110 Standorte weltweit Steuern von Security Operations, Schwachstellenmanagement sowie Incident\- und Krisenmanagement Sicherstellen des Schutzes sensibler Informationen durch moderne Sicherheits\- und Datenschutzmaßnahmen Gewährleisten der Einhaltung gesetzlicher, regulatorischer und unternehmensinterner Sicherheitsanforderungen Integration von Security by Design in Cloud\-, Applikations\-, KI\- und Transformationsprojekten Führen der globalen Security\-Organisation sowie Beraten der Geschäftsleitung in Cybersecurity\-Themen Ihr Profil Abgeschlossenes Studium in Cybersecurity, Informatik, Informationstechnologie oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung Anerkannte Security\-Zertifizierung (z. B.
