Du übernimmst als Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung die technische Gesamtverantwortung für und führst ein rund 10\-köpfiges Team aus Entwicklung, Konstruktion und technischer Dokumentation. Dein Schwerpunkt liegt in der Kommunaltechnik. Du verbindest Markt\- und Kundenbedürfnisse mit Produktinnovation und sorgst dafür, dass daraus wirtschaftliche und produktionsreife Lösungen entstehen.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Gesamtverantwortung für Technik, Konstruktion und Entwicklung sowie Führung und Weiterentwicklung des rund 10\-köpfigen Teams
  • Markt\- und kundenorientierte Weiterentwicklung unseres Produktportfolios sowie Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Produkt\-, Technologie\- und Innovationsstrategie
  • Erkennen von Markt\-, Kunden\- und Technologietrends und Übersetzung in innovative, wettbewerbsfähige und wirtschaftliche Produkte
  • Planung, Priorisierung und Steuerung der Entwicklungs\- und Konstruktionsprojekte hinsichtlich Qualität, Kosten und Termine
  • Sicherstellung der technischen Produktionsreife – von Zeichnungen und Stücklisten bis zu Freigaben und einem wirksamen Änderungsmanagement
  • Entwicklung robuster, standardisierter, fertigungs\-, montage\- und servicegerechter Produkte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Verkauf, Produktmanagement, AVOR, Einkauf, Produktion und Kundendienst
  • Sicherstellung der normen\-, qualitäts\- und sicherheitsgerechten Entwicklung, Prüfung und Validierung unserer Produkte
  • Technische Koordination mit dem projektbezogenen Engineering Bahn bei gemeinsamen Technologien, Baugruppen und Produkten
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung der strategischen und organisatorischen Weiterentwicklung von als Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung

Dein Profil:

  • Technische Ausbildung auf Stufe FH, HF, ETH/TU oder vergleichbar, vorzugsweise Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugtechnik oder Mechatronik
  • Mehrjährige Berufs\- und Führungserfahrung in Entwicklung, Konstruktion oder Engineering, idealerweise im Maschinen\- oder Fahrzeugbau
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Produktentwicklung sowie Markt\- und Kundenbedürfnisse und Freude daran, neue Produkte voranzutreiben
  • Gutes Verständnis für Fertigung und Montage sowie Erfahrung mit CAD/PDM/ERP und technischen Änderungs\- und Freigabeprozessen
  • Pragmatische, unternehmerische und umsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit, die gerne nahe bei Mitarbeitenden, Produktion und Kunden arbeitet
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse sowie gute ösischkenntnisse
