CHIFFREUR / CALCULATEUR PAYSAGISTE (H/F) ========================================

À propos du poste

Dans le cadre du développement de notre activité, nous recherchons un·e Chiffreur·se / Calculateur·rice paysagiste pour renforcer notre équipe et prendre en charge l’étude financière et technique de projets paysagers.

Vous intervenez en amont des réalisations, en lien étroit avec les équipes de conception, les fournisseurs et les équipes chargées de l’exécution des travaux.

VOS MISSIONS

  • Réaliser les métrés, études de prix et chiffrages de projets paysagers ;
  • Analyser les dossiers d’appels d’offres et documents techniques ;
  • Élaborer les devis, soumissions et offres commerciales ;
  • Consulter les fournisseurs et sous\-traitants et analyser leurs offres ;
  • Rechercher des solutions techniques et économiques adaptées aux projets ;
  • Élaborer et mettre à jour les documents nécessaires au suivi des offres ;
  • Participer aux séances de clarification et aux échanges avec les clients, mandataires et partenaires ;
  • Assurer une transmission claire des éléments techniques et financiers aux équipes en charge de la réalisation ;
  • Collaborer avec le bureau d’études et les équipes opérationnelles afin de garantir la cohérence des projets ;
  • Contribuer à l’optimisation des méthodes de chiffrage et à l’amélioration continue des pratiques.

VOTRE PROFIL

  • Minimum 3 ans d’expérience professionnelle dans le chiffrage / calcul de projets paysagers ;
  • Formation dans le domaine du paysage, du génie civil, de l’architecture du paysage ou formation jugée équivalente ;
  • Bonne connaissance des techniques et matériaux liés aux travaux paysagers ;
  • Bonne compréhension des coûts, rendements et réalités économiques des chantiers ;
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels ;
  • La connaissance de Baubit Pro constitue un atout ;
  • Esprit d’analyse, rigueur et sens de l’organisation ;
  • Autonomie et capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément ;
  • Aisance dans les échanges avec les différents interlocuteurs d’un projet ;
  • Sens du détail et capacité à proposer des solutions pertinentes ;
  • Une bonne connaissance du marché et des fournisseurs de la région genevoise constitue un atout.
