Arbeitsort: Meiringen Pensum: 80-100% Aufgaben: Gesamtverantwortung für die wachsende Informatik-Abteilung mit aktuell 10 Spezialist:innen und drei Teamleitern Sicherstellung reibungsloser IT-Prozesse über die gesamte Gruppe hinweg, ausgerichtet an den Bedürfnissen der Geschäftsbereiche Vertretung aller Themen rund um Digitalisierung und Innovation in der Geschäftskoordination sowie Einbringung von strategischem und operativem Fachwissen Ausbau und Etablierung des Projektportfolio-Managements innerhalb der Michel Gruppe sowie aktive und überzeugende Steuerung von Projekten Verantwortung für Budget, finanzielle Ausgaben und zukünftige Investitionen Umsetzung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Informatik- und Digitalisierungsstrategie Repräsentation der Informatik in Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern Bündelung und Steuerung aller Verträge mit externen Dienstleistern inklusive Entscheidungsfindung Profil: Mind. 5 Jahre Erfahrung in vergleichbarer Position (z.B. CIO, CTO, Leiter:in Informatik) mit nachweisbaren Erfolgen in der digitalen Transformation Ausgewiesene Führungserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Organisation Nachweisbare Berufserfahrung in der Informatik auf strategischer und operativer Ebene Erfahrung im Bereich IT-Security/Cyber Security auf Organisationsstufe setzen wir voraus Kenntnisse in den Bereichen ERP, KIS und Medizininformatik Erfahrung im Gesundheits- oder Spitalwesen von Vorteil Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Level C1)
