Möchtest du dein Wissen aus dem Schadenmanagement mit deiner IT- und Guidewire-Erfahrung verbinden und damit Digitalisierung und Automatisierung im Schadenmanagement vorantreiben? Dann sollten wir uns kennenlernen.

 

Als Claims Business Analyst verstärkst du bei Zurich Schweiz den Geschäftsbereich Claims im Bereich Leistungsmanagement und bist Teil des Claims Business Development Teams. Du analysierst und optimierst bestehende Systemprozesse, entwickelst gemeinsam mit einem interdisziplinären Team IT-nahe Lösungen und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Schadensysteme einfacher, digitaler und effizienter werden. Dabei begleitest du Anforderungen von der Idee über die Spezifikation und das Testing bis zur Umsetzung und stellst den zuverlässigen Betrieb unserer Schadensysteme sicher.

 

 

Das erwartet dich

 

  • Du analysierst und optimierst Systemprozesse im Schadenmanagement und verantwortest die erforderlichen Wartungsarbeiten.
  • Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit dem agilen Team fachliche und IT-nahe Lösungsvorschläge für die Weiterentwicklung unserer Schadensysteme.
  • Du spezifizierst neue Systemfunktionen und Benutzeroberflächen und begleitest deren Umsetzung.
  • Du definierst Akzeptanzkriterien, testest neue Funktionen und stellst eine nachvollziehbare Umsetzung der Anforderungen sicher.
  • Du unterstützt das Entwicklungsteam und stellst eine fundierte und strukturierte Dokumentation von Anforderungen und Lösungen sicher.

 

 

Das zeichnet dich aus

 

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Versicherungs- oder Informatikbranche.
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Schadenmanagement und/oder mit Guidewire.
  • Ausgeprägte IT-Affinität und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Zusammenhänge rasch zu erfassen.
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
