Claims Life Specialist temporaire (h/f/d) \- Équipe francophone

Ce qui t'attend

  • Tu es responsable du traitement rapide et correct des dossiers de sinistres simples en français, y compris de l'examen des droits aux prestations en lien avec l'incapacité de gain, en collaboration avec notre service médical
  • Tu calcules les prestations assurées, constitues les réserves nécessaires, effectues les contrôles requis et procèdes au paiement des prestations
  • Tu soutiens l'équipe dans diverses tâches administratives
  • Tu es en contact avec nos clients, tant par téléphone que par écrit, en français

Tes compétences

  • CFC d'employé de commerce, idéalement obtenu au sein d'une compagnie d'assurance
  • Première expérience professionnelle dans la gestion des sinistres, idéalement dans le domaine de l'assurance de personnes et/ ou de la prévoyance individuelle
  • Fort esprit d'équipe et méthode de travail autonome
  • Travail précis, rigoureux et efficace.
  • Français langue maternelle indispensable et allemand de niveau B2 minimum ; toute autre langue constitue un avantage.
