Ihre Aufgaben \- Ihr Gespür für Luxus und Exklusivität

  • Kundenberatung auf höchstem Niveau – Sie betreuen unsere nationale und internationale Kundschaft mit Kompetenz und Charme.
  • Verkauf mit Leidenschaft – Sie begeistern unsere Kunden mit weltbekanntem Schmuck und edlen Uhren.
  • Erstklassiger Service – Sie stellen sicher, dass jeder Kunde eine massgeschneiderte Beratung und einen exzellenten Service erhält.
  • Souveränität \& Verhandlungsgeschick – Sie überzeugen mit Ihrem Fachwissen und Ihrer Begeisterung für hochwertige Produkte.
  • Organisation \& Warenwirtschaft – Sie übernehmen Kassawesen, Bestandskontrolle sowie Pflege\- und Ordnungsaufgaben.
  • Serviceaufträge koordinieren – Sie nehmen Reparaturen und Wartungsaufträge entgegen und leiten sie professionell weiter.

Ihr Profil \- das bringen Sie mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Detailhandelsfachmann/\-frau EFZ Uhren und Schmuck oder als Goldschmied\*in.
  • Mehrjährige Berufs\- und Branchenerfahrung im Luxussegment.
  • Begeisterung für exklusive Mode, edle Uhren und aktuelle Trends.
  • Ein hohes Mass an Engagement, Zuverlässigkeit und Eigeninitiative.
  • Selbstständige, leistungsorientierte und unternehmerische Denkweise.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse (weitere Sprachen von Vorteil).
  • Kundenberatung ist Ihre Leidenschaft – Sie schaffen besondere Erlebnisse.
