Job Description ##

En tant que Client Project Manager, vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes :

  • Développer et entretenir des relations durables avec des clients ;
  • Comprendre les besoins des clients et les traduire en solutions techniques adaptées ;
  • Piloter les projets de A à Z en collaboration avec les équipes design, développement, achats et production ;
  • Assurer la coordination de l'ensemble des parties prenantes afin de respecter les objectifs de qualité, coûts et délais ;
  • Participer à l'optimisation des solutions techniques, des process de fabrication et de la chaîne d'approvisionnement ;
  • Élaborer les offres commerciales, suivre les budgets et assurer la rentabilité des projets ;
  • Animer les échanges réguliers avec les clients et assurer un rôle de conseil ;
  • Coordonner les fournisseurs et partenaires de production internationaux ;
  • Identifier les risques projets et mettre en œuvre les actions correctives appropriées.

The Successful Applicant ##

En tant que Client Project Manager, vous avez le profil suivant :

  • Maîtrise du français (C2) et de l'anglais (C1).
  • Formation supérieure technique ou industrielle (Ingénierie, Production, Supply Chain, Mécanique ou équivalent);
  • 3 à 8 ans d'expérience dans un environnement industriel, horloger, luxe, éveloppement produit ou la sous-traitance luxe. ;
  • Expérience acquise dans les secteurs du luxe, du merchandising, du packaging, du display, du shopfitting ou dans un environnement industriel exigeant ;
  • Bonne compréhension des procédés de fabrication et des matériaux tels que le bois, le métal, le plastique, le carton, le cuir ou les textiles ;
  • Expérience de la gestion de projets techniques impliquant plusieurs parties prenantes internes et externes ;
  • Capacité à échanger avec des interlocuteurs techniques, industriels et commerciaux ;
  • Forte orientation client associée à une excellente crédibilité technique ;
  • Autonomie, sens de l'organisation et capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément ;
  • Personnalité dynamique, proactive et orientée solutions ;
  • Excellentes compétences relationnelles et de communication.
