Ihre Aufgaben ##

  • Sie sind zuständig für die Prüfung und Eröffnung manueller und komplexer Kundeneröffnungen von juristischen Personen
  • Sie kontrollieren sämtliche Eröffnungen gemäss VSB, GwG und internen Richtlinien
  • Sie mutieren Daten sowie insbesondere KYC-Informationen in Avaloq, welche durch die Kundenberater in Auftrag gestellt werden
  • Sie mutieren und aktualisieren Kundenstammdaten im Bankensystem Avaloq in Bezug auf FATCA/CRS/VSB Daten
  • Sie beantworten interne Anfragen, um die verschiedenen Akteure bei der Kundenbetreuung zu unterstützen und eine konstruktive Zusammenarbeit sicherzustellen
  • Sie arbeiten in Projekten und Systemtests zur Implementierung von neuen oder verbesserten Applikationen, Automatisierungen, Digitalisierungen und Prozessoptimierungen mit
  • Sie bieten einen Secondlevel Support für die Teams Client Opening und Client Lifecycle
  • Sie sind zuständig für das Aktualisieren von Weisungen, Arbeitsanweisungen und Prozessen

Ihr Profil ##

Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Banklehre und haben mindestens 3 - 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Kundeneröffnungen und/oder im Compliance einer Bank. Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich der rechtlichen und gesetzlichen Anforderungen für Banken, insbesondere VSB, GwG und GwV runden Ihr Profil ab. Als engagierte, belastbare und teamorientierte Person sind Sie selbständiges und zuverlässiges Arbeiten gewohnt und Sie verstehen es, sich durchzusetzen. Kenntnisse im Bankensystem Avaloq, Grundkenntnisse im Projektmanagement sowie fundierte Kenntnisse der Microsoft Office Produkte sind von Vorteil. Wir erwarten sehr gute Kenntnisse in Französisch und Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen sind willkommen.
