Das \[\\Swiss Cancer Institute\\\](\< \>) ist das nationale Netzwerk für klinische Krebsforschung in der Schweiz. Seit 1965 engagieren wir uns als Non\\-Profit\\-Organisation für die Verbesserung der Krebsbehandlung der Schweizer Bevölkerung. Gemäss unserer Vision \<\<Clinical research for a cure tomorrow\>\> führen wir klinische Studien in der Onkologie durch und sind zentrale Ansprechpartnerin für Behörden, Fachverbände und die pharmazeutische Industrie. Rund 70 Mitarbeitende arbeiten am Kompetenzzentrum in Bern eng mit allen führenden onkologischen Kliniken des Landes zusammen. Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine motivierte, zuverlässige und selbständige Persönlichkeit als Clinical Project Manager Ihre Aufgaben: \* Verantwortung für die Planung, Koordination und Durchführung nationaler und internationaler Studien im Bereich Onkologie (Phase I\\-III) \* Führung interdisziplinärer Projektteams und enge Zusammenarbeit mit Prüfzentren, klinischen Forschungsorganisationen, Behörden, Partnerunternehmen und internen Fachabteilungen \* Erstellung, Aktualisierung und Verwaltung studienrelevanter Dokumentationen \* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung regulatorischer Anforderungen (ICH\\-GCP) \* Verantwortung für die Budgetplanung und \\-kontrolle sowie Zeitmanagement der Studienprojekte Was Sie mitbringen: \* Biologische und/oder klinisch\\-wissenschaftliche Ausbildung oder Erfahrung als Pflegefachkraft/Study Nurse \* Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement klinischer Studien, idealerweise im Bereich Onkologie \* Fundierte Kenntnisse der regulatorischen Anforderungen (ICH\\-GCP) \* Expertise in der Verwaltung von Budgets und Zeitplänen für klinische Studien \* Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten, hohe Eigenverantwortung und Teamorientierung \* Ausgeprägte Kommunikations\\-, Präsentations\\- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, ein kooperatives Teamumfeld zu fördern \* Hohe Anpassungsfähigkeit und Problemlösungskompetenz \* Gute Deutsch\\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Französisch oder Italienisch von Vorteil Was wir bieten: Freuen Sie sich auf ein vielseitiges Aufgabengebiet mit Sinn und Wirkung -- in direkter Nähe zum Berner Bahnhof und in einem kollegialen, engagierten Team.
