Clinical Sales Specialist

Ihre Hauptaufgaben:

  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Vertriebsstrategie für die gesamte Schweiz mit Fokus auf die Akquisition von Neukunden im Spital\- und Klinikbereich sowie auf den Ausbau und die nachhaltige Pflege des bestehenden Kundenportfolios.
  • Erstellung, Ausarbeitung und Verhandlung von kommerziellen Angeboten, Bearbeitung öffentlicher und privater Ausschreibungen sowie direkte Verhandlungen mit OP\-Leitungen, Einkaufsabteilungen und biomedizinischen Diensten.
  • Betreuung und Schulung von medizinischem Fach\- und Pflegepersonal bei der Einführung und optimalen Anwendung unserer Produkte und Geräte, einschliesslich Produktdemonstrationen, Tests, Workshops und Begleitung im Operationssaal.
  • Repräsentation des Unternehmens an nationalen und internationalen Kongressen, Fachmessen und relevanten Veranstaltungen in der Schweiz.
  • Beobachtung und Analyse des Schweizer Medizintechnikmarktes sowie Erfassung von Marktbedürfnissen und Kundenanforderungen. Weitergabe relevanter Erkenntnisse an unsere Forschungs\- und Entwicklungsteams zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte.

Ihr Profil:

  • Kaufmännische oder medizintechnische Ausbildung, beispielsweise in Medizintechnik, Pflege, Operationstechnik (TOA), Gesundheitsmanagement oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mindestens 3 bis 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb von Medizinprodukten, idealerweise im Schweizer Spital\- oder Chirurgieumfeld.
  • Kenntnisse und Erfahrung in den Bereichen HNO (ORL), Neurochirurgie und/oder Wirbelsäulenchirurgie sind von Vorteil.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch\- und Französischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; idealerweise ist eine der beiden Sprachen Ihre Muttersprache. Verhandlungssichere Kenntnisse der jeweils anderen Sprache werden vorausgesetzt. Schweizerdeutschkenntnisse sind ein zusätzlicher Vorteil.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations\- und Beziehungsfähigkeit sowie ein sicheres und professionelles Auftreten im klinischen und spitalischen Umfeld.
  • Hohe Selbstständigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Eigeninitiative, gepaart mit unternehmerischem Denken sowie einer ausgeprägten Lösungs\- und Kundenorientierung.
  • Gültiger Fahrausweis und Bereitschaft zu regelmässigen Reisen innerhalb der gesamten Schweiz.
