Pour soutenir notre croissance sur le marché suisse, nous recherchons un(e) :

Clinical Sales Specialist

Vos missions principales :

  • Développer et piloter la stratégie commerciale sur l-ensemble du territoire suisse, en assurant la prospection de nouveaux comptes hospitaliers et cliniques ainsi que le développement et la fidélisation du portefeuille existant.
  • Élaborer et négocier les offres commerciales, participer aux appels d-offres publics et privés et assurer les négociations avec les directions de blocs opératoires, les services achats et les départements biomédicaux.
  • Accompagner les équipes médicales et soignantes dans la prise en main et l-utilisation optimale de nos équipements : démonstrations, essais, workshops et accompagnement au bloc opératoire.
  • Représenter l-entreprise lors des congrès, salons et événements professionnels en Suisse.
  • Analyser les évolutions du marché suisse des technologies médicales (MedTech) et identifier les besoins et attentes du terrain afin de contribuer au développement de nos produits et de transmettre les informations pertinentes à nos équipes R&D.

Votre profil :

  • Formation commerciale ou médico-technique : ingénierie biomédicale, soins infirmiers, technicien(ne) en salle d-opération, management ou gestion des établissements de santé, ou formation équivalente.
  • Expérience professionnelle de 3 à 5 ans minimum dans la vente de dispositifs médicaux, idéalement dans un environnement hospitalier ou chirurgical en Suisse.
  • Une connaissance des domaines de l-ORL, de la neurochirurgie et/ou de la chirurgie du rachis constitue un atout.
  • Excellente maîtrise du français et de l-allemand : l-une des deux langues doit être maîtrisée au niveau natif, tandis que l-autre doit être parfaitement maîtrisée à l-oral comme à l-écrit. La maîtrise du suisse allemand constitue un avantage supplémentaire.
  • Excellent relationnel et aisance dans les environnements cliniques et hospitaliers.
  • Autonomie, rigueur, esprit entrepreneurial, capacité à prendre des initiatives et forte orientation vers les solutions et la satisfaction client.
  • Permis de conduire valide et disponibilité pour des déplacements fréquents dans toute la Suisse.
